Our Team

Our team is made up of 3-5 people on-site and 3 full time operations people, working behind the scenes, both on and off the track.

Terry W Robarts

In 2009 you can find Terry all over the track. As the head photographer, his primary job is getting action shots.  He also handles off track promotions and is actively involved in helping to promote the track, both on and off the speedway. Terry has been into photography for many years, spending the past 8 years, almost exclusively in motorsports. When not on the track, Terry operates a small computer business and more recently has been teaching computers with a local adult training service.

Kayley Russwurm

Kayley has been the assistant photographer at Varney for the past 3 years. She can be found in the winner's circle, most every night. She is also the photo booth manager.    Kayley also helps with promotions and our computer service. In her spare time Kayley enjoys nature and life photography, and gets in front of the camera to model, from time to time. In 2009 Kayley will attend Fanshawe for Office Administration - Medical. She hope to be able to return to the track for race season.
