How much are your photos & what sizes are available?

Photos sizes and prices are listed in the "Cart" option of the the photos host site,
http://twrobartsphotos.ifp3.com/

What is a digital copy & what do I get if I buy one?

A digital copy is the original photo, in large file JPeG format, in it's full size, suitable for any size of printing. The file size is generally from, 18 Megapixels, 5184X3456 Pixels (5.5 MB file size) to 10.1 Megapixels, 3888X2592 Pixels (2.8 MB file size), depending on which camera it was taken from. You will receive a CD with your file(s) on it. The photos are generally the original photo, directly from the camera in it's largest format.

Do the prints or Digital Copies have the copyright across the middle?

No, never. The copyright information seen on the photo website is to perserve the security of the sample photo. All photos are printed from the original files.

Once I order a photo, how can I get it?

Once you have ordered your photo, we get it printed for you and you may pick it up at the track Souvenir Booth, the following race weekend. In special cases, where you can not be there to pick up your photos, we can mail prepaid orders to you.

What are the payment options?

Site orders are prepaid via Paypal or credit card only. Ordering by email or at the track is cash or check (With proper indentification) only. Payment is expected on pickup, at the Souvenir Booth. Sorry, we cannot accept Debt, but there are ATMs at some tracks. Check with your track for details.

Can you print different sizes?

Yes we can. The listed sizes are the most popular and commom sizes. In house, we can do most common sizes from 13"X19" and down, plus you can order special assorted size packages, which will soon be listed on the web site. Outside of this range, we work with some local printhouses for speciality orders. Contact us with your ideas at photos@twrphotos.ca We will do our best to make it happen.

Do you do hero Cards?

Unfortunately, we do not, at this time, but once again, feel free to contact us and via our outside sources, we will be happy to assist you.

What happened to your On Site photo service?

Currently, we are not providing our on site photo finishing service at the track. This plan could change in the future, but for now, all our photo finishing is done in house, as our Walkerton shop. Track enviroments are not completely agreeable with the professional equipment require to provide the service, and as such, we are not currently providing this service. Hopefully, in the near future, we can provide this service again.

Do you do your own photo finishing?

Yes, most of our printing in done in house with 4 professional commercial photo printers. Unlike you home photo printers, they use 8-12 cartridge photo dye systems. We also use professional photo paper, mostly from Canon, as are our printers. This is a similar system as you would find at any professional photo finishing facility.

Do you do photo editing?

On request, we can do standard retouching or cropping as require. We like to leave major & special editing to the professionals. Most dhots you see on our site are the original untouched photos, directly from the camera. From time to time we edit photos to improve the quality, but for the most part, we don't keep photos that are not within our standards for quality. They don't make it to the site.

When are photos from the weekend posted to your photo site?

The general guideline is the site is updated about 24 hours after the race event. On a typical Saturday night race, you can usually expect to see photos up by Sunday night. The exception is with long weekends, where we do the processing after the weekend, and photos would be up usually by Monday night or Tuesday morning, depending on the amount of photos being processed.

I have a different question, not answered here. What can I do?

You have questions and we have answers. Please contact us and we will be happy to answer your question. photos@twrphotos.ca
